Shannon Stiener oversees all escrow personnel and services for the Schererville, Highland and Crown Point offices. A lifelong resident of Crown Point, Shannon followed in the footsteps of her father, Bob Stiener, who worked for Ticor for thirty years, retiring in 2001.

Shannon is a highly respected professional in the industry who started as a data entry clerk in 1989, worked her way to a position as an escrow secretary, then an escrow officer, prior to being named Escrow Manager for Lake County in 2015. Shannon’s extensive closing experience covers all industry segments, from residential, to commercial, new construction and relocation.

It is only by knowing a customer - and his or her desired outcome in a given transaction - that you can meet and exceed their expectations.

Shannon’s son, Beau, the winning pitcher on the Crown Point Babe Ruth team that won the 2007 Indiana State Title, also played for the Crown Point High School Bulldogs. As a high school senior, he was awarded a Dean White Scholarship to attend Indiana University in Bloomington, and graduated from the School of Public and Environmental Affairs in 2014.

An avid Chicago Blackhawks fan since as far back as she can remember, Shannon has been spoiled with the Hawks recent success and now expects a Stanley Cup championship every year from her beloved team. Her appreciation for great hockey play translates into her approach on providing superior service to each and every customer – always find a way to do it better by understanding the customer’s perspective and desired outcome.
