Shannon Stiener oversees all escrow personnel and services for NW Indiana. A lifelong resident of Crown Point, Shannon followed in the footsteps of her father, Bob Stiener, who worked for Ticor for thirty years, retiring in 2001.
Shannon is a highly respected professional in the industry who started as a data entry clerk in 1989, worked her way to a position as an escrow secretary, then an escrow officer, prior to being named Escrow Manager for Lake County in 2015. Shannon's extensive closing experience covers all industry segments, from residential, to commercial, new construction and relocation.
