Renee Wells has been in the title insurance industry since 1995 and joined Fidelity in 2015, where she serves as the Crown Point Office Escrow Manager.
Prior to entering the title business, Renee worked as a loan processor for a large mortgage lender. Upon joining a small title agency in Rensselaer, Renee learned the closing process as an escrow assistant to the owner of the company. She then took on the role of escrow closer when the opportunity arose.
Renee and her husband Tim live in Lowell.
