Jim has been with the Fidelity family since 1996. He has served in the roles of Account Manager, Chicago Metro East Sales Manager, and Chicago Residential Operations Manager prior to transitioning to Northwest Indiana Operations Manager in 2014.
Jim has learned that first and foremost, excellence in service and success in any endeavor is not about simply being a leader of a team, it’s about developing a team of leaders. Development and the desire for improvement, on both an individual and a collective level, must be constant. Jim believes a real, functional team is necessary to truly succeed, where each member embraces a core sense of ownership and initiative in his or her unique and necessary role, in order to lead by serving each other and the customer.
Jim is both honored and humbled to work alongside such a great and talented group of people and professionals, and to be able to serve our customers in achieving their goals and objectives.
A native of the Calumet Region, Jim grew up a few blocks away from the Illinois-Indiana border on Chicago’s Southeast Side. He and his wife Chris have lived in Northwest Indiana since 2003.
